Service Agreement: By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined in the service agreement, including project details, scope of work, and payment terms.

Safety and Liability: We prioritise safety and operate in compliance with all relevant safety regulations. However, clients are responsible for providing a safe work environment and ensuring the safety of their property and personnel during our operations.

Pricing and Payment: Pricing for our services will be outlined in the project estimate or quotation. Payment terms, including deposit requirements, progress payments, and final payment, will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before commencing the project.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: Any cancellations or rescheduling requests should be communicated at the earliest opportunity. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the notice provided and the stage of the project.

Changes to Scope of Work: Any changes or additions to the agreed-upon scope of work must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to project timelines and costs.

Warranty and Guarantee: We strive to deliver high-quality services and materials. Any warranties or guarantees provided will be clearly stated in the service agreement or specific product warranty documents, where applicable.

Intellectual Property: Any intellectual property, including design plans, drawings, or project-specific documents, remains the property of Able Mini Excavator Services and may not be reproduced or shared without our explicit consent.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through negotiation or mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated to the appropriate legal channels.

Limitation of Liability: While we take every precaution to deliver services with utmost care and professionalism, Able Mini Excavator Services will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.

Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches its obligations. Termination terms and conditions will be outlined in the service agreement.
